Well this year hasn't been exactly what we'd imagined it would be, but along with the struggles of adapting to everything COVID-19 throws at us, there have been some cool things happening too. And now it's time to take another step forward on one of those cool things. 

Since the COVID closures began, we've been making plans to expand our outside serving capabilities. This Summer we put in place a temporary outside option. This was our temporary Phase 1. We knew the tents and festival-type accomodations couldn't withstand the rigors of Fall and Winter, but we learned that it was hugely successful for hosting people.

NOW IT'S TIME TO BUILD SOMETHING PERMANENT! We are in the process of expediting a rapid build of a NEW OUTDOOR PAVILION! Of course this space will be great for hosting people during these times where inside facilities are closed. We aren't gonna wait for vaccines. We want you back hanging out with us within weeks not months. 

BUT OUR VISION FOR THIS PAVILION IS EVEN BIGGER. We want to CREATE SPACE for COMMUNITY EVENTS . We've always wanted to be a part of the Marysville Community that contributes in meaningful ways. And while our taproom has been limited in size, we dreamed that we could create space to host bigger parties, events, fundraisers, family gatherings, educational opportunities, club meetings, etc. 

And this time, WE WANT TO INVITE YOU TO BE PART OF THE LEGACY OF WHAT WE ARE DOING . Initially we planned to start this project in the Spring when cash flow would be solid but recent events have forced our hand and we feel that we need to move up the timetable while we still can. We planned on taking the financial risk of doing this expansion on our own (we've taken a lot of those risks over the years) and most of you know we've never done any crowdfunding before. But so many of you have asked how you can partner with us in that endeavor that we realized we aren't really in this alone. We are a family. And we know many of you want to help. And frankly, we could use it. 

So we've put together a LEGACY PROJECT you can partner with us on to get the 2ND ST. COMMUNITY PAVILION built. Perhaps it's something you want to be a part of yourself. Or maybe it's something you'd like to do "on behalf" of someone else, like a gift. But if you are inclined to be part of this project there are several LEVELS OF INVESTMENT you can choose to participate in.

This is the most affordable of our participation levels. You contribute $100 to the project and we’ll provide you with an exclusive Commemorative T-shirtshowing you helped build the Community Pavilion and we’ll send you a private invite to the first GRAND OPENING party in the new space. You’ll get a drink ticket and the opportunity to say “I was there when this place started!”

LEGACY 2

This option introduces our LEGACY WALL. Outside of the new Community Pavilion we are fabricating an artistic wall which will commemorate the Pavilion and display the names of those who gave to support it being built.

We are still working on the official design of this art piece but we hope these names are seen for generations to come and that every time you walk in you feel the pride in seeing your name and knowing you are part of this community. 

And, of course, you will also be invited to the GRAND OPENING party with drink ticket, because duh, beer.

LEGACY 3

This final option is the biggest contribution, but also the type of contribution that can really make a significant impact. This option gets your name on the commemorative LEGACY WALL as well as the invite to the GRAND OPENING party . But it also gives you 1-YEAR of our PCP Plan membership(which provides cheaper beverages, merchandise savings, commemorative t-shirt/growler/glass, and other perks). 

If you are not already a PCP Plan Member and have been on the waiting list hoping for a spot to open up, well this is your chance. Anyone partnering on this level gets immediate access to the PCP Plan.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

We know many of you want to help with this project and also that we all have the capacity in bigger and smaller ways. It is our hope that however you are able to contribute that somewhere in these options you find something that works well for you. We also understand that not everyone is in a place to help so no worries at all if you are unable to even consider it, especially this year.
