  • Carr's Cream Ale - (4.7%)

    CRISP | CLEAN | LIGHT -- Originally named Gateway Cream Ale, this smooth, clean-flavored low gravity beer is perfect for warm Summer days or after any long day of work or play. We renamed it as a tribute to the incredible history and tradition of our new 3rd Street home and the wonderful family that made Carr's Hardware Store a Marysville institution for over 90 years. We're honored to be taking the historic Carr's Hardware building into its next glorious chapter.

  • Nellie's Nectar - Bavarian Hefeweizen (5.2%)

    BANANA | CLOVE | CRISP  -- The yeast is the star of this traditional Bavarian-style hefeweizen making a delicious balance of banana and clove flavors and aromas. Gold Medal Winner at Washington Beer Awards 2017 and Bronze Medal Winner in 2016.

  • Dave's Special 442 - Brown Ale (4.2%)

    MALTY | NUTTY | BISCUIT -- This easy drinking and approachable beer was originally brewed as a tribute to our good friend and partner who we lost this past year and has now become a 5 Rights Family favorite. Distinct and approachable, the flavor profile matches the personality of our friend Dave; approachable, delightful and just fun to have around. Every time we remember Dave’s racing number 442 we will remember and toast with his special brew.

  • Mr. O. Don't Regret - Oatmeal Stout (5.4%)

    CHOCOLATE | RICH | TOASTY -- This oatmeal stout features a great balance between chocolate and roasted malts. The rich, oven-roasted oats in the grain bill give it a luscious mouthfeel and finish.

  • Mr. O. Don't Regret Coffee - Oatmeal Stout (5.4%)

    CHOCOLATE | COFFEE | TOASTY -- Our classic Mr. O. stout meets a smooth, cold-brewed Costa Rican coffee infusion that makes breakfast fun again. A beautiful way to start your day. That is, if you don't really need to go anywhere that day. Skip the mimosas, give the orange juice to the kids instead, and try the Mr. O. version of coffee.

  • Dripline Chocolate - Milk Stout Nitro (4.3%)

    CHOCOLATE | CREAMY | LUSCIOUS - One of our regular rotating stout offerings, Dripline is a luscious chocolate malt forward session stout with a full, creamy mouthfeel that is especially delicious. You’re going to want your regular hook-up for sure.

  • The Mingler - WC IPA (7.1%)

    CITRUS | BERRY | PINE -- If you ever met our head brewer you know why we call this one “The Mingler”. This dry finishing San Diego style West Coast IPA is chocked full of Mosaic, Amarillo, Simcoe and Chinook hops and is a nod to R.J.’s propensity to try and talk with everyone in the room every time we do an event. The body, mouthfeel, hop flavors and aromas are all well-balanced, assertive but not aggressive, and distinctly approachable so that as many people as possible can enjoy this hop forward delight.

  • Juice Groove - Hazy IPA (6.5%)

    STONEFRUIT | TANGERINE | TROPICAL -- A departure from our usual dry West Coast style IPAs, Juice Groove is a NE style hazy IPA featuring 4 different tropical and juicy hop varieties paired with a Northeast IPA yeast strain to bring out delicious flavors of orange, tangerine, nectarine and mango. 

  • Pavilion - Hazy Pale Ale (5%)

    TANGERINE | LIME | PINEAPPLE -- Brewed to commemorate our 2 Year Anniversary in the Ville and to celebrate the beginning of construction on our new 2nd Street Community Pavilion   This refreshing Session Hazy Pale Ale is brewed with Pilsner malts, flaked oats, flaked wheat and generously dry hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Wai-iti and Motueka hops.  Flavors and aromas of tangerine, lime zest and pineapple with a little resin on the finish. We hope this beer becomes a staple in our new outdoor Pavilion, where people gather together to find friendship, acceptance and a shared sense of community.

  • Erwin's Mosaic - Pale Ale (5.8%)

    TROPICAL | BERRY | PINE -- Another of our single hop pale ale series, Erwin's Pale Ale features the Hop Breeding Company's Mosaic hop which is of Simcoe parentage. Flavor and aroma notes of intense tropical, berry, citrus and hints of pine make it one of our favorite hop varieties and definitely one that can stand by itself.

  • Six on 3 (6.5%) - Xtra Pale Ale

    PASSIONFRUIT | STONEFRUIT | TROPICAL -- This beautifully delicate and easy drinking pale ale is made with paler malts that give it a lighter color, lighter body, and lighter flavor from the malt. This leaves more room for the hop flavors to come to the front.

  • Happy in the Trees (7.2%) - IPA

    TROPICAL | MELON | PINE -- Brewed for our friend's birthday this West Coast IPA has that piney hit that puts you right on a beautiful trail in the woods.

  • Big Welle (10.2%) - Triple IPA

    Papaya | Mango | Citrus -- Our Big Welle Triple IPA was brewed for a good friend, Primary Care Patron , long time supporter of our 5 Rights Family and favorite Yaki-Vegas resident. Our buddy Jason is not short in stature or personality so we wanted to brew something that was befitting. Considering his love of hops and his job at the Haas hop pellet plant in Yakima the choice was easy.


    Like our friend Jason, Big Welle DIPA is a bold and assertive IPA that is full of personality but still soft and approachable. Bright flavors and aromas of Cara Cara orange, passionfruit with an underlying dankness make this big and delicious IPA a deceptively easy drinker.

  • Infirmarius - Belgian Dubbel (8%)

    DARK FRUIT | TOFFEE | MALTY -- Our first Belgian Dubbel is named after the religious Monks who invented the style. The earliest "head charge nurse" was a monk responsible for the care of the sick. This person was called "INFIRMARIUS" and took care of all those who were confined to their infirmary.


    We pay tribute to these early healers and beer brewers with this beer that has initial malt sweetness and toffee like flavors turning to dark fruit (plum, fig and hints of red apple and ripe pear). It registers in at 8% ABV but drinks deceptively lighter.

  • The Real McKolsch - Kolsch (5%)

    LIGHT | COOL | CLEAN -- This is the first ever Kolsch style beer we've brewed and it's in tribute to our 2023 Trivia Champion team: The Real McCoys. They even contributed the recipe!

  • Roberta - Scotch Ale (7%)

    MALTY | RICH | CARAMEL -- Our Z-Nation series continues with our tribute to Warren, or Roberta as we like to call her. You've heard of Robert the Bruce, we now introduce Roberta the Badass. This beer features a big and bold malt bill with hints of caramel, toffee and slightly sweet but just enough hop assertiveness to keep it from being cloying. Like Warren its complexity runs deep but its still a no nonsense go-to beer you can count on, especially for all you malt-forward beer lovers.

  • Tomahawk Red (6.2%) - Red Ale

    MALTY | CARAMEL | BISCUIT -- Our first Red Ale is brewed in honor of the longtime head coach of our local Marysville-Pilchuck Football team: Coach Carson. Congrats on a great career and thanks for all you've done for our community.

  • Hindsight 2025 Porter (6%) - COMING BACK SOON


  • Funk'Ville - Blueberry/Mango (3.6%) - Fruited Berliner Weisse

    A fruited version of our Funk'Ville Berliner Weisse, this kettle sour includes a 4-1 ratio of mangoes to blueberry but the color suggests otherwise. It's a perfect Summer treat!

  • Irish Blessing - Xtra Pale Ale (5.8%)

  • Schilling - Local Legend (5.2%) - Can

    Local legend is a semi-sweet heritage style cider. One of the most approachable non- fruited ciders that Schilling has to offer.

  • San Juan - Blackberry Lemonade Seltzer (4.2%)

    Deliciously fun – each classic lemonade flavor combines PNW wild blackberry and wild strawberry flavor with our clean, craft spiked seltzer taste for a refreshing twist on the traditional summertime lemonade experience.
